Every watch is guaranteed for 30 days from delivery. If it arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, or a manufacturing defect appears within those 30 days, email [email protected] with your name, phone number and a photo. We will replace it at no cost to you.
Conditions
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects (movement, display, buttons, clasp). Damage caused by misuse, impacts, water exposure beyond normal daily use, or straps broken by use is not covered. Please send the watch back with all its parts.
Change of mind
You can check the order details with our team during the confirmation call, before anything is shipped. If you no longer want the order, simply tell us during that call.
